- Evaluation of an unlimited number of alternatives or offers.
- Criteria evaluation by means of "paired comparison" or direct entry.
- Degree of performance can be indicated by: Yes/no, linear relation,
trajectory, selective list,

- The results are shown as tables and charts, such as cost-benefit analysis and strength-weakness chart.

What technology is CelsiEval based on ?
- CelsiEval is an object-oriented developed standard application. All data
is stored in the form of XML files. So CelsiEval needs no additional programs , which simplifies
installation significantly.

Cost-Benefit Analysis and Investment Appraisal and lets you carry out your
evaluation process based on methods generally applied.
